Plant
Ceramics and tile
Tile, sanitaryware, and tableware plants use clay, feldspar, silica, and quartz so the body stays plastic and the fire stays predictable.
Industrial minerals
For ceramics, glass, foundry, paint, paper, and refractory plants. The grade stays on the mesh, iron, or clay the line already runs.
Silica sand, quartz powder, kaolin, calcined kaolin, feldspar, and clay grades exported by Skylark Exports.
The plants these grades are packed for. Each line is the use on that industry page, not a customer quotation.
Industrial minerals Skylark Exports supplies to ceramics, glass, foundry, paint, paper, refractory, and construction plants.
Tile, sanitaryware, and tableware plants use clay, feldspar, silica, and quartz so the body stays plastic and the fire stays predictable.
Glass batches need silica that stays high and low in iron, plus a feldspar flux whose alkali does not drift.
Foundries buy graded silica for moulds and cores, processed bentonite to bond that sand, and refractory clay where the hot face has to hold.
Coatings use ground quartz, kaolin, and calcined kaolin for mesh, brightness, and opacity, and processed bentonite when the paint has to hold its body.
Paper coatings use kaolin for shade and smoothness, and calcined kaolin when opacity has to go further.
Refractory and kiln-furniture bodies need fire clay with alumina and a shape that survives temperature.
Construction uses graded silica sand where grain size and cleanliness matter, and processed bentonite where a borehole or a seal has to hold.
Rubber, plastics, and cable compounds use kaolin, calcined kaolin, and quartz powder as controlled fillers.
The grade stays the same, the packing is named, and the papers match the lot.

StepsSelect, grade, pack, and ship.
The same grain, mesh, or grade from lot to lot, so a furnace, mould line, or coating mill is not requalifying every shipment.
Typical export packing is 25 kg bags, 50 kg bags, 1 MT jumbo bags, or bulk. Which of those a grade is offered in is confirmed on the inquiry.
A certificate of analysis, a packing list, and an invoice describe that shipment.
The gradeChosen for the plant that already runs it.
Your portNamed on the inquiry. No country list is published here.

How to compare a grade, choose a clay, and write an inquiry a quote can match.

What to include in a mineral export inquiry: the product, the spec limits, the packing, your destination port, and the quantity, so a quote can match the plant.

Hydrous kaolin against calcined kaolin for coatings, paper, rubber, and plastics, and when brightness, opacity, and hardness mean raw clay is not enough.

How buyers compare silica sand grades by mesh or AFS grain, iron as Fe2O3, and moisture, and which of the three moves a glass, foundry, or ceramic purchase.
Name the mineral, the limit that matters on your line, packing, and quantity.
